Finally, we are a self-running, on-site production winery…from start to finish. After many years of leaning on our friend and cohort, Jim Regusci, and the capabilities of his production facility, we now have everything we need right here at James Cole to pick from the vineyard and then crush, ferment, age and bottle all on-site. Well, also with the help of another good friend and neighbor who happens to have a mobile-bottling business. What fun it was to share the experience of bottling our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon with family and winery visitors here on our property.
