"Umbral" Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

“Umbral” is a bigger, riper and richer version of its estate blocks’ sibling. It exhibits a dense, inky purple color, with rich and elegant brooding aromas and flavors. Made from entirely free run cabernet sauvignon juice, this wine is aged 24 months in new French Oak barrels and bottled with minimal fining and filtration. We strongly believe in our estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and this wine represents the pinnacle of what we produce.
