Our grapes were whole cluster pressed (no saignée) to extract as little color as possible and preserve the freshness and crispness of the fruit. Vibrant rose gold/pink coral, in color and packed with dazzling aromas of wild raspberry, lightly perfumed honeysuckle and vanilla characters followed by tangy flavors of Bing cherries, white peaches and a kiss of sea salt. The acidity and breezy freshness of this vintage make it immediately attractive from the first sip to the long, juicy mouthwatering finish.

Harvested before sunrise, whole cluster pressed, vinified in small, temperature-controlled tanks (90%) and in neutral oak barrels (10%) with batonnage.
