2020 Chardonnay
Asian pear and Fuji apple dominate on the nose upfront, cedar, butterscotch, and vanilla complement in the background with hints of cardamom and coconut flake. This vintage spent 2 months in stainless steel before bottling to accentuate the freshness of a great vintage with cooler than normal conditions allowing for longer hang time for flavor development, the steely and mineral flavors linger on the finish.

2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
A hypnotic bouquet of blackberry cobbler, vanilla, dark chocolate, cinnamon spice, and hints of black licorice fill the glass.  The palate is rich and luxuriant with mixed ripe black fruits and barrel spice complimented by rounded lush tannins and a long lingering finish that pleasantly lingers. A complex, full and rich Cabernet that shows incredibly well in its youth, but will also continue to age gracefully and add complexity over the coming years.

2020 Malbec
Our 2020 Malbec is rich and inviting with expressive notes of raspberries, red plum, dark cherries, and acai berry alongside subtle hints of violets, dark chocolate and baking spices. The powerful fruit and spicey characteristics are highlighted by a minerality that interweaves nicely with the fine-grained tannins, silky textures and juicy mouth-watering acidity.

2019 Privado
Our 2019 Privado opens with a bouquet of black cherry, cedarwood, cacao violets, and hints of lilac. It is supple, elegant and seamless on the palate, with a core of dense black fruits, licorice, plums, and exotic spices. The fine-grained tannins provide a nice velvety texture that leads to a long and silky ribbon-like finish.  Decant this wine for at least one hour to allow for its beautiful aromas and flavors to flourish.
