2020 Chardonnay
Asian pear and Fuji apple dominate on the nose upfront, cedar, butterscotch, and vanilla complement in the background with hints of cardamom and coconut flake. This vintage spent 2 months in stainless steel before bottling to accentuate the freshness of a great vintage with cooler than normal conditions allowing for longer hang time for flavor development, the steely and mineral flavors linger on the finish.

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is rich and full-bodied on the palate, showing lovely aromas of ripe raspberry, cassis, espresso bean, tobacco leaf, cigar box, black licorice, cedar, cumin, and fennel.  As it opens up in the glass, we are met with inviting flavors of dark blueberries and cherries, along with beautiful cinnamon spice and sweet cocoa mix.  A wine with incredible depth and density, along with power and concentration that is balanced with freshness across the finish.

2018 IL Mostro Red Wine
A beautiful expression of plush velvety gracefulness, with black fruit aromas of boysenberry, raspberry, and wild blackberries, intermixed with floral traces and complex minerality. On the palate, the wine is deep, pure, and full-bodied with concentrated dense flavors of dark berries and spices that lead to a long, savory, and stylish finish. 

2018 Umbral Red Wine
A pure expression of why we do what we do. Big, bold, and beautiful with ethereal aromas of crème de cassis, floral notes, licorice and waves of black fruits spilling out of the glass.  On the palate we are experiencing full-bodied richness with phenomenal detail, silky textures and opulent flavors of espresso and chocolate coupled with rich and concentrated black currant jam and a finish that just won’t quit.
