2023 Rosé
Our grapes were whole cluster pressed (no saignée) to extract as little color as possible and preserve the freshness and crispness of the fruit. The glass is filled with vibrant rose gold hues and dazzling aromas of white peaches, honeysuckle, and guava, while watermelon, stone fruit and ripe honeydew melon dominate the palate. The wine's overall bounce and vibrancy are enhanced by its bright, crisp and juicy acidity, along with its mineral texture. A complex and elegant wine, that is wonderful on its own or pairs perfectly with delicate cheeses, roasted vegetables, fresh salads and grilled chicken or seafood.
