Wine will deliver within three business days nationwide using standard shipping and within one business day in California.
Please note, these delivery windows depend on the day and time we receive your order. We may also hold orders on certain Thursdays or Fridays to avoid shipping over weekends.
Cut-off times, weekends and holidays
All orders placed before 11:00 AM PT, Monday-Friday, will ship the same business day. Orders received after will ship the following business day. Some methods may not deliver on weekends or holidays.
These rates are valid for Fast & Flexible, Standard, and Climate-Controlled rates.
Expedited methods are available nationwide for an additional fee.
How we ship
We will deliver your wine using a variety of methods including both air and ground. We'll ensure it arrives safely through the warm months. Our goal is to take the worry out of ordering and enjoying wine no matter what season.
We need somebody 21 or older
We ship alcohol and are required by law to verify a person 21 or older is present to receive and sign for the package. You cannot pre-sign for the package and the carriers will not leave packages on your porch.
Please be there on the first delivery attempt
We cannot stress this enough. If somebody 21 or older is not available on the first delivery attempt, the wine can become compromised and you may be subject to replacement costs. So please be aware of when your wine is delivering and use a business address whenever possible.
Packages will deliver between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We cannot specify, request or guarantee the time a package will deliver. We do notice that orders to business addresses generally deliver earlier in the day.
If an order requires it, we will automatically ship your wines in cold packaging. This packaging will help moderate the wine temperatures for 48 hours. Cold packaging is only available for orders containing 750 ml bottles.
Don't sweat the heat or fear the cold, if we need to upgrade your delivery to get it there safely, we will, on us.
We want to make it easy and worry-free for you to enjoy our delicious wines. We work very hard to make sure our wines arrive quickly and in top condition. But we need your help to make sure wines deliver on the first attempt to the correct address.
If something goes wrong that was within our control, we'll make good on it for you. We only ask for your patience and understanding. Shipping wine isn't easy.
General shipping information
- You may request a future ship date during the checkout process as long as it is a business day.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Most states require us to collect and pay tax on alcoholic shipments, even if they do not collect sales tax on normal goods and even if other wineries do not charge you this. In some cases, we may even have to collect tax on the shipping charges. Sorry, our hands are tied on this one.
- Under certain circumstances, we may change the shipping method and hold your package due to extreme weather.
- We reserve the right to alter or change our shipping policy at any given time.
If we can't ship to your state, you will be notified in your cart.
We cannot ship to addresses registered with alcohol licenses, including wine storage facilities, restaurants, or liquor stores.

We'll work with you to develop special gifts options for your clients and friends. Shipping is just $5 per recipient when placing 5 or more orders. Please contact us for more information.
Due to some old laws pertaining to alcohol, we cannot give away shipping for free.
