Cabernet Sauvignon is the cornerstone of what we produce, as our estate vineyards are located in the perfect area for cultivating this prestigious variety. Our soils are a combination of loam and clay-like substructure sediments from the Napa River located directly west of us and the volcanic soil deposits from the erosion of the Vaca Mountain range located directly to our east. This provides less water retention and low vigor that purposely stresses the vines for greater concentration and flavors.

Expressive aromas of cassis, black cherry, ripe plum, and red currant unfold with nuances of orange peel and baking spice. The palate is plush and expansive, revealing concentrated dark and red fruit flavors of blackberry and raspberry, enveloped by velvety tannins and impeccably integrated French oak, lending subtle accents of cocoa, vanilla bean, and toasted cedar. Powerful yet effortlessly polished, the wine unfolds with remarkable depth and precision, culminating in a long, seamless finish defined by its luxurious texture, layered complexity, and enduring persistence.
