Icewine is natures gift to wine lovers. These delicate frozen grapes are hand harvested between midnight and daybreak — at minus 10º Celsius. Then, they undergo 6 hours of pressing to extract the “40º Brix” juice from the frozen marble-like grapes. Fermented in Acacia oak barrels for added depth and complexity, the wine is aged 11 months ‘sur lie’ before blending and bottling. The result is a rich, complex and decadent wine that showcases sweet aromas and flavors while balanced by perfectly crisp acidity to ensure a clean and refreshing finish.
